Chris Poots is the founder and managing director of VitaTalent Solutions LTD. VitaTalent Solutions was born from a passion for realising and bringing to life the talent within individuals, teams and organisations. Supporting behavioural growth, change and challenges across a variety of functions including head office, retail, supply chain and logistics, Chris brings many years of experience in working with individuals and teams. Chris has held a number of operational positions, managing teams of up to 250 over a large geographical spread which means he understands the challenges and rewards of being a leader who has accountability and responsibility for managing people.

Chris believes that as a coach, learning and development professional that we all have the resources within us to excel as individuals, teams and organisations against our goals and objectives. As an NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Coach and Harrison Assessment Talent Solutions Consultant Chris works in a collaborative way, ensuring that learning is rewarding, fun, challenging and brings his unique resourcefulness, motivational and flexible approach to all learning and development experiences. He ensures that solutions are aligned with individual and organisational objectives and importantly that desired outcomes and results are achieved.
